From the very little I know about Buddhism, I alway thought Buddhist Monks weren’t supposed to own anything, specially not money. Until I saw them buying souvenirs at the market in Bangkok and Luang Prabang.

I always thought they were serious guys meditating all the time. Until I saw them playing football, taking care of puppies and simply doing their laundry in Louang Prabang,

I always thought they were supposed to wear their full yellow dresses all the time and never do hard work. Until I visited the village’s pagoda.

This reclining Buddha is going to have the best temple ever!
